She even came in on her day off and helped me out with the finishing touches on my purchase of a 2024 Silverado 1500 Custom pickup. 👍🏼 However, I do have an issue with the detailing of my new pickup. Mud in the wheelwells, dirt/mud in the bed of the truck, tires dirty, kind of like a quick wipe down and that was it👎🏽 You get an A for Olivia and a D for detailing.
I had a great experience working with John Quatrano. I went to check out a truck that was listed in Portland, but was actually at their facility in Bangor. John and the crew were able to get the truck down to Portland that same day, and I made the purchase the next. Cheyne immediately let me know when the vehicle I was looking for hit the lot. He was super helpful going over the features and tech during the test drive. Mikol assisted and had answers to all of our questions. Very friendly staff and not super pushy like most dealers.
The salesman I dealt with was extremely good and kept apologizing for an incident that occurred. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble but the only way to relay how good of a job the salesman did is to mention it. I had cash in hand and almost went to Pape but he saved the deal, im very happy with my new 2500hd.
I came here today looking for a truck with bad credit or no credit I should say and my advocate for today was Cass super cool guy showed me a few trucks that fit the range I was looking for financially took them for a test drive was very informative and detailed about the trucks I was test driving when it came to the electronics and all around features of the vehicle unfortunately my credit wasn't mature enough to reach the needs for approval granted some people would probably get upset and throw in the towel over that but ...

I have been taking my vehicles to Quirk since approximately 2007/2008. They have looked after my vehicles and worked hard on my behalf when there was an issue with my extended warranty to help get things covered.
Did all they could to get me this. They were polite and respectful.
I have had my car for 13 years and I was nervous with change but Q understood what i wanted and needed and set me up with a beautiful Chevy Trax at a comfortable price and I love it!

The only downside was the window sticker was not given to me, and for new cars it is needed to register the car. When I called from the registration office, I was told they have other clients right now and they could look into it the following day. Continuous customer service goes beyond the sale!
